Our Capabilities
Most organizations rely on multiple systems and fragmented workflows to support their programs.
At agile.E, we help organizations structure and coordinate these workflows using Microsoft Power Platform to get the most out of their existing systems.
Our work offers measurable gains in operational impact of their existing technology investments – all without requiring complex software changes or massive new expenditures.
We deliver results through a focused set of capabilities:
-
ARCHITECTURE
Architecture provides the structural understanding needed to improve how an organization operates. We develop enterprise and segment architecture that maps the key business processes, data assets, and systems shaping operational workflows.
This resulting output helps identify where Microsoft Power Platform can deliver meaningful impact, whether by streamlining workflows, integrating systems, or eliminating data silos.
Our work follows established industry standards and modeling approaches to ensure clarity, traceability, and alignment with enterprise policies and controls. At the same time, we apply an iterative, agile approach focused on developing “just enough” architecture to guide solution design and delivery without introducing unnecessary overhead.
The result is architecture that functions as a strategic asset, helping organizations understand their operational landscape and confidently implement solutions that improve how work gets done.
-
SOLUTION DEVELOPMENT
We design and implement Power Platform functionality that addresses real operational workflow challenges, from broken approvals and manual routing to reporting bottlenecks, weak handoffs, disconnected forms and spreadsheets, and poor visibility across a program.
Using Power Apps and Power Automate, we deliver the functionality needed to support day-to-day execution across teams and systems. This may take the form of model-driven apps, canvas apps, automated workflows, or a combination of these, depending on the operational need. Where appropriate, we also incorporate AI into these workflows in practical ways that help organizations address real day-to-day challenges rather than leaving AI as an isolated experiment.
Our work is guided by an architecture-driven, iterative approach that allows us to efficiently elicit, refine, and manage both functional and non-functional requirements, including usability, maintainability, security, performance, and data integrity. This helps ensure that the resulting solution offers effectiveness and scalability without adding unnecessary burden to the existing IT environment.
-
SYSTEM INTEGRATION
Our team helps public agencies, hospitals, and universities unlock and connect the value already spread across their enterprise platforms. We integrate systems such as SharePoint, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, SAP S/4HANA, ArcGIS, and others so that work and data can move across workflows rather than stopping at individual platform boundaries. This supports more coordinated execution across different teams and functions.
In many environments, even the core platform does not carry the full workflow on its own. Key inputs, approvals, documents, reporting, and supporting actions often reside across other systems. Our approach identifies and connects those touchpoints, bringing together the data, process steps, and system actions needed to support a more complete and unified workflow.
Our work carefully accounts for legacy platforms, security constraints, operational dependencies, and enterprise controls. The result is integration that reduces siloed activity, strengthens handoffs between systems and teams, and helps organizations get more operational value from their existing technology investments.
-
ANALYTICS AND BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE
Our analytics and business intelligence team helps organizations close critical visibility gaps in how work is performed. We design and deliver analytics solutions that help stakeholders monitor workflow performance, identify bottlenecks, track workload distribution, and illuminate the trends, risks, and exceptions that matter most to operational and strategic decision-making.
We cover the full analytics lifecycle, from data ingestion and preparation to semantic modeling, visualization, and delivery. We build robust data pipelines using Databricks, Python, and SQL, and deliver Section 508-compliant dashboards and reports through platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, and ArcGIS Experience Builder. By combining technical rigor with intentional UI/UX design, we create analytics products that are usable and useful for those on the frontlines.
Our approach starts with the business problem rather than the data alone, allowing us to focus analytics on the operational questions that matter most. We also support the governance and operational management needed to sustain analytics over time, including access control, monitoring, scheduling, subscriptions, and platform administration. The result is trusted analytics that turns fragmented data into meaningful insight and supports better decisions across the enterprise.

USER TRAINING
Our goal is to ensure that the solutions we deliver create real value for the people expected to use them. Just as importantly, we want our customers to have the confidence to operate and sustain those solutions without becoming unnecessarily dependent on outside support.
We provide training on our solutions as well as broader Microsoft Power Platform functionality, tailored to specific user groups, job functions, and operational roles. This helps ensure that applications, workflows, and analytics products can be used effectively in the context of day-to-day work. Our training includes instructor-led sessions as well as self-paced, on-demand learning modules that support different learning needs across the organization.
The result is smoother adoption, stronger internal capability, and a greater ability to make full use of technology investments over time.
