About Us
Who We Are
agile.E is a Maryland-based consulting firm focused on the connective tissue of organizations – the systems, data, and processes that must work together for operations to run effectively.
We help public, private, and non-profit organizations integrate these elements so their technology environments function as a single, cohesive system.
Our work has traditionally focused on complex mission environments where policy, enterprise systems, and operational priorities must align. Using Microsoft Power Platform, we empower our customers with capabilities that replace manual coordination and fragmented processes with automated, transparent, and scalable workflows.

Our Mission
We help organizations ensure their operations, data, and technology work together to support quantifiable mission outcomes.
Our philosophy is simple: most organizations do not need more tools. They need their existing systems to work together. By combining enterprise architecture with intelligent automation, we help organizations transform fragmented processes into integrated, scalable operational capabilities.
Deep Experience in Mission-Critical Environments
Our experience is firmly rooted within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security ecosystem.
We have supported initiatives across DHS headquarters and components, including the Offices of the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Information Officer, as well as the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and the Science and Technology Directorate (S&T). Our work has also contributed to major initiatives supporting TSA, CBP, USCG, and FEMA.
These environments require more than technical expertise – they demand solutions that operate within strict governance structures, evolving mission priorities, and highly interconnected enterprise systems.
In addition to DHS, agile.E has supported key programs at the U.S. Department of Agriculture Headquarters.
Our leadership also brings prior experience supporting programs at the Department of Health and Human Services (including CMS and ONC), the Department of Commerce, the Department of Labor, the Air Force, and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Our Foundations
agile.E was founded on a strong background in enterprise architecture – the discipline of understanding how business processes, data, and systems interact across an organization.
This perspective shapes everything we do.
Rather than building isolated applications or one-off solutions, we focus on designing operational capabilities that improve how work moves across teams, platforms, and information sources. Our goal is to ensure that technology investments directly support mission outcomes while remaining sustainable and manageable over time.
